Child Safety Standards

Last updated: Jul 18, 2026

At Zeflirt, user safety is our highest priority. These Child Safety Standards outline our policies and actions to protect minors from harm, exploitation, or inappropriate content on our platform, and reflect our compliance with Google Play's Child Safety Standards policy.

Overview

Zeflirt is designed exclusively for adults aged 18 and above. We are committed to ensuring that minors do not access or use our services. Our platform actively monitors and removes underage users, and we take child protection seriously in all aspects of our operations.

Zero-Tolerance CSAE Policy

  • Zeflirt maintains a strict, zero-tolerance policy toward Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE) in all its forms.
  • Users are strictly prohibited from creating, uploading, sharing, requesting, or distributing Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM), or from using Zeflirt to endanger, groom, sexualize, sextort, or traffic a child in any way.
  • Any account found to violate this prohibition is permanently banned and reported to the appropriate authorities, as described below.

Age Verification

  • All users must confirm they are at least 18 years old during registration.
  • Accounts suspected of being underage are reviewed and permanently suspended if confirmed.
  • We cooperate with law enforcement agencies in cases involving false age declarations or other suspected violations of the law.

Content Safety

  • All photos and media uploads are scanned using automated moderation tools to detect nudity, exploitation, or harmful imagery.
  • Explicit or suggestive content involving minors is immediately removed and reported to authorities.
  • Users are prohibited from sharing or requesting inappropriate content of any kind.
  • Profile descriptions, bios, and chats are monitored for potential grooming behavior or predatory intent.

Reporting & Moderation

  • Users may report profiles or messages suspected of involving minors or predatory behavior directly within the app using the in-app "Report" feature on any profile, message, or piece of content, or via the Help page on our website.
  • Reports are prioritized and reviewed by our Trust & Safety team 24/7.
  • Confirmed violations result in permanent bans and potential referral to law enforcement.
  • We maintain transparency logs of reported cases for accountability and auditing.
  • Zeflirt complies with applicable child safety laws and regulations in the jurisdictions where we operate.
  • Upon obtaining actual knowledge of CSAM on our platform, we take prompt action, including removing the content, disabling the associated account, and preserving evidence as required by law.
  • We maintain a process to report confirmed CSAM to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and, where applicable, to relevant regional authorities.
  • We cooperate fully with law enforcement investigations related to child safety.

Education & Awareness

  • We provide in-app safety tips to educate users on recognizing and preventing exploitation.
  • Our community guidelines include clear examples of unacceptable conduct involving minors.
  • We collaborate with child protection organizations to continually improve awareness and safety education.

Parental Involvement

  • We encourage parents and guardians to monitor device access and discuss safe online behaviors with their children.
  • If a parent suspects that a minor is using Zeflirt, they can contact us for immediate investigation and removal.
  • Requests can be submitted to: support@zeflirt.com.
